Returns, Refunds & Shipping
CUSTOM PRINTS
All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable if you change your mind. However, if your print or the frame of your print has been damaged in transit please head to the contact page and leave a message within 14 days of receiving the print, with a description of the damage and your invoice number. We will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement. Any refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the damaged goods are returned to LMS Studio. For refunds or replacements on damaged goods, the cost of shipping only will be covered by LMS Studio (please retain the original packaging for returns).
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Original artworks are not refundable or exchangeable if you change your mind. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We can ship to both commercial and domestic addresses, but we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
SHIPMENT RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Delays in production through our supplier, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Please note:
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
We will not be responsible for the incorrect shipping address if you provide incorrect information. Please check this carefully.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
(A) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
(B) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
